Kratom is a tropical tree native to Southeast Asia. It is in the coffee family. Its scientific name is Mitragyna speciosa. The leaves of the kratom tree contain active compounds that have stimulating and sedative effects. Kratom has been traditionally used for centuries as a natural remedy for pain relief, relaxation, and boosting energy levels. It comes in various forms such as leaves, powder, capsules, and extracts. However, it’s important to note that kratom should be used responsibly and in moderation.

I personally recommend starting with 1/2 tsp = 1 gram or 1 Capsule = 1 gram. If you do not see results from the 1/2tsp when taking in powder form, after around 15-30 min you may take about a gram more. You should see results within 15-30min. If taking Capsules you may want to give it about 45min – 1hr before consuming anymore to give the capsules time to break down to truly see the results.
No, This works much better if taken on an empty stomach. Wait around 30 minutes, until the Kratom kicks in, to chow down!
Take the recommended dosage and mix it with a little bit of hot water, or coffee. Add a bit of honey and cinnamon to taste a top it off with 8 oz of coffee or water and add some cream or milk. Kratom mixes well with lipids (Fats in milk and cream). For a better absorption you can mix with some lemon juice and honey to make a “Kratom Palmer” (tea lemonade mixture)
It is not recommend to take any strain of Kratom with any other medications, there have not been any case studys showing it is, or is not safe. THERE IS ONE THAT SHOULD BE FINISHED IN DECEMBER 2020, SO CHECK BACK FOR FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS NEXT YEAR.
It is helpful in so many aspects you can probably substitute your medication with Kratom. If you go against the recommendation, please please please take it at least 2 hrs before or 2 hrs after your medication, JUST IN CASE.
