CBD didn’t work for me!

There are many people out there that have tried CBD and it did NOT work for them! Here are a few reasons why!

I’m going to start of saying, it could be one of several reasons including, they didn’t give it a chance. You will see certain effects immediataly, like lowered anxiety and aiding in sleep but when it comes to deeper issues like arthritis and blood pressure you are going to have to give it some time, and possibly raise your dose.

Another reason could be the brand, 40% of CBD compaines out there today are mislabeled! There have been some busts in recent times of companies that CBD tested of 0% when advertised as 1000mgs or higher. If the CBD company is not providing 3rd party lab test reslults (be sure to call the 3rd party *these results can be altered and or faked), and is not GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified You could have some issues with quality and it probably won’t work for you.

But the worst reason of them all is….

There is a huge misconception when it comes to CBD oil. One specifically is that CBD helps with everything. CBD oil can help with everything, yes, but there’s a difference in CBD oils. When people refer to CBD oil and say it can help with high blood pressure and high blood sugar, stress, anxiety, pain, seizures, and more they are not lieing, but, it’s not just CBD that does this.

There are 3 different classifications of CBD: Isolate, Broad Specturm and Full specturm. If you are new to CBD and someone is telling you CBD can help with your issues and you try an isolated CBD product and it doesn’t work, this is why.

Isolate CBD is JUST CBD – none of the other Cannabinoids are in this product, meaning you are only getting the bennefits that CBD itsself produces. CBD in itself does do several things but will not help reduce blood pressure, blood sugar, its is not an antibiotic, and will not do several other things that CBD users claim that CBD is doing for them.

Broad Specturm CBD is CBD and low amounts of other cannibinoids without any THC. This is grouped a bit with the isolate, in which the lower amounts of the other cannabinioids are not going to have much of an added benefit

and then there is….

FULL SPECTRUM CBD. Let me break this down. Full spectrum CBD is the CBD oil people are talking about when they are referring to it helping with “everything”. But CBD is not doing all of it. In the “CBD oil” which I would prefer referring to it as “Phytocannabinoid oil”, because it is made up of up to 148 Phytocannabiniods CBD included. The phytocannabiniods you will find on the lab test results will include up to 6/7 phytocannabinioids all with their own benefits. These will include:

  • Relieves spasms
  • Aids sleep
  • Reduces anxiety
  • Muscle relaxant
  • Reduces Nausea
  • Pain reliever
  • Anti inflammatory
  • Reduce seizure
  • Inhibits tumor cell growth
  • Increases appetite

Delta 9 THC

  • Anti inflammatory properties
  • Increases appetite
  • Relieves spasms
  • Pain reliever
  • Muscle relaxant

All of these propertiies aid in the same things as CBD alone but delta 9 THC acutally binds to the CB1 receptor, whereas CBD blocks endo cannabinoids from binding to the FABP (fatty acid binding protiens) to be taken into the cell to be disabled, causing more endocannibinois to be in your system to work for you. This is another ariticle all together. To learn more about this check back for more articles in the future.

Studies show that CBDa has killed cancer cells in breast cancer patients.

It is also has done great with anxiety relief and nausea in animal testing in very small doses – CBDa binds to your serotonin receptor so yet again it is a different way of working with your body to add more benefit.

  • Aid in sleep
  • Pain reliever
  • Anti Convulsant

CBN adds the Anti Convulsant that CBD does not have and will assist with the pain relief and sleep aid aspects of the CBD.

  • Anti inflammatory
  • Inhibits tumor cell growth – studies show it helps work on several cancers including prostate cancer
  • Anti Bacterial
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Reduces Blood sugar
  • Anti fungal
  • Antibiotic – They have conducted studies showing it can help with MRSA

CBG has the added benefits of Lowering blood pressure, reducing blood sugar, working on cancer, acting  as a antibacterial, antibiotic and antifungal! It also assist the CBD with the anti inflammatory, and inhibiting tumor cell growth.

So as you can see, there is a lot more to CBD than what meets the eye and the science behind it is so very intriguing. When buying CBD ask for the 3rd party lab tests and be sure to check out the companies certifications.

  1. I currently take 3 blood pressure meds, athyroid med and an anti anxiety med. Will CBD or Kratom work better for me or should i not try it due to being on all these meds for many years? Im 65 year old female and need reluef from pain and anxiety the most. Since 2016 have had Right total hip replacement, lower lumbar spinal fusion and in October2019 har L total knee replacement. What are your suggestions as to what would be most benefivial to me? Thank you for your time regarding this matter.

A full spectrum CBD that is rich in CBG would be the best option for you. CBG that is found in a full spectrum CBD oil is Known to Help lower blood pressure and CBD is also Known to help with thyroid function as well. Also several cannibinoids that are found in a fulls pectrum CBD oil will help with anxiety as well.
Kratom is more of a substitute for Opioids or other pain and anxitey medication that your body will become reliant on and addicted to.
It is best if you are on several medications to insure that you take CBD oil 2hrs before or 2 hrs after your medication.
Also be sure when you are purchasing a CBD oil to make sure to look at the 3rd party lab test to insure that it is rich in CBG. Not all CBD oils are created equal and each batch can actually have small differences as well.

Any kratom strain helps but the one that mentions opioid withdrawal is the happy hippo 2 which is a moderate strain. I believe the green raiu would also help tremendously as well. That is listed under the fast strains I believe. I have another customer that got of off seboxone and he prefers the Raiu.. it is always good to switch between strains to prevent developing a tollerences or a dependence on kratom.
Please feel free to give me a call to discuss further details. (859)379-2156 available 24/7

  2. Hi Brandi, you replied to my questions on 3/3/20. I have never tried anything other than prescription meds. I have never even tried alcohol.
